Eliot Community Human Services' Respite Program is seeking  a qualified clinical supervisor to support a team providing services to adults facing homelessness and mental health issues.


Provide overall clinical supervision and oversight of service delivery of Respite consumers.

Provide clinical guidance and support in developing interventions and supervision of respite staff.  Teach and model clinical interventions, strength based strategies and ensure services are culturally competent.

Complete intakes of new consumers, complete required assessments, obtain authorizations, complete crisis plans and coordinate aspects of consumer admission according to agency and DMH policies.

In collaboration with the consumer and staff members, oversee the development of IAP’s (Individualized Action Plans) for each consumer that are strength based.

Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Salary: TBD


Must have master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field and have a corresponding clinical license within the State of Massachusetts.  Must have at least four years experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses and at least two years supervisory experience.  May require additional or specialized training with specialized populations such as co-occurring disorder, DBT, working with transitional aged population or other Evidence Based Practices.
