The Development Database Coordinator will manage all aspects of the constituent management system (Blackbaud eCRM) to create, prepare, and maintain reports for all development and alumni events and activities. A successful candidate will proactively conduct prospect research, analyze campaigns, appeals, and donor trends, maintain accurate alumni data, and update information in alumni and donor records with efficiency and accuracy. The Development Database Coordinator will also prepare weekly acknowledgement and stewardship letters; assist in the reconciliation of donor funds in conjunction with the Finance Office; perform administrative and support tasks for the School Development team including management of departmental budget and expenses; submitting invoice for payment working with Accounts Payable department ensuring timely payment; scheduling meetings, and ordering supplies; directly supporting Assistant Dean of DAR. This position will interact with multiple departments across multiple campuses and requires a high level of organization, planning, communication, and attention to detail. Candidates should have bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience.
