Are you a fundraiser with a love of the outdoors, a talent for cultivating long-term donor relationships, and a track record of delivering strong results?  The AMC seeks a Director of Major Gifts with 7+ years’ experience and strong managerial skills to bring its $24.25 million Leadership Giving Initiative to resounding conclusion and fuel significant annual fund growth. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Director of Major Gifts is responsible for the oversight, strategy development, and implementation of AMC's major gifts program. The Director of Major Gifts leads a team of 3 major gifts officers and a development researcher to meet all capital campaign, special initiative and annual fund revenue goals at the major gift ($10,000+) level.  Work collaboratively with a board, CDO, President & CEO, and colleagues across AMC during an exciting period of growth at the nation’s oldest conservation and recreation organization.
