The Shirley-Eustis House Association was formed in 1913 to preserve and interpret the 1747 country estate of Royal Governor William Shirley. Located in Roxbury, Massachusetts, the Association produces educational programs, tours, and publications that explore the history of the Shirley-Eustis House and its occupants as well as the history of Roxbury. Historic gardens and orchards complement the uniquely European Georgian mansion and provide an attractive venue for re-envisioning Roxbury's former life as a rural community.
