Funding for Bioacoustic Research Projects
Wildlife Acoustics, a leading provider of bioacoustics monitoring technology for scientists, researchers, and government agencies, supports environmental conservation and stewardship efforts in the U.S. and globally.
To advance this mission, the privately held company will award in-kind grants of bioacoustics monitoring equipment valued at up to $5,000 quarterly in support of bioacoustics research efforts.
Projects must make significant use of bioacoustics for data collection and/or analysis, advance scientific knowledge, and contribute to long-term conservation efforts. The grant award must also have a significant impact on the success of the project.
Applicants should be a biologist, researcher, conservationist, or student who works for a tax-exempt nonprofit organization, educational institution, or government agency. Non-U.S. organizations are eligible to apply.
Wildlife Acoustics does not grant cash or equipment other than its own.
See the Wildlife Acoustic website for complete program guidelines and application instructions.
